Aqua Fit is a great way to strengthen, tone and build cardio with low impact movement. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Keep up with the instructor or do a modified version of each movement. You are only competing with yourself!

Water workouts are recommended for those who have physical limitations that otherwise limit exercise options. In some cases, those recovering from major surgery can benefit.
