The Operations Director is the day-to-day operational leader of the YMCA effectively collaborating with others to accomplish the mission and the strategic initiatives of the YMCA. The Operations Director provides leadership and direction to ensure that teams throughout the organization deliver high quality impactful and innovative programs and services. The OD strives to create an environment of developing leaders to deliver measurable, cost-effective operations which contribute to financial health and long-term sustainability.
Child Watch team members facilitate play in a safe, enriching environment. We help children develop social skills through positive interactions; physical competencies through gross and fine motor activities; intellectual skills through participation in games, pretend play, music, movement and language activities; and emotional competencies by feeling accepted and learning to accept others.
The Membership Representative delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the public areas.
