After a five year break from Y Fitness at the Park, the BBJY is returning to bring you fun, functional fitness. Our alternating team of instructors includes our personal trainer and instructors certified in Insanity, Piloxing, Diabetes Prevention, Strength & Conditioning, Group Ex, Silver Sneakers, Yoga, Boom, Zumba and more! Years and years of experience, FREE for the community, every Saturday at 9 am at Jimmy Nash City Park. Meet under the awning in front of the pool.
