Hours: 9am-3pm Monday-Friday

The Site Coordinator/ Pre-K lead teacher will oversee daily operations, implement daily lessons, and supervise children. This will include preparing materials needed for daily lessons, annually conducting 2 assessments per child enrolled, planning daily afternoon STEM activities, and overseeing play.

1. Ability to interact effectively with parents and staff
2. Ability to function well as a team member
3. Ability to enforce rules, safety policies, procedures, and practices
4. High energy, positive role model, willing to be actively engaged with students throughout all activities

  1. One year experience in childcare preferred
  2. Must be able to pass a drug test
  3. Willing to Obtain CDA



  1. Implementing morning circle time and daily lessons (Planned by Program Director).
  2. Engaging with families and addressing any concerns from parents or staff
  3. Preparing materials for daily lessons
  4. Planning and implementing an afternoon STEM activity
  5. Sending out a monthly newsletter to parents
  6. Obtaining Purchase Orders and buying materials needed for site and lessons.
  7. Oversee and interact with children during play time
  8. Assist with the minimal housekeeping and daily clean-up of facilities
  9. Participate in staff training events, as assigned. Including, but not limited to 12 annual professional development hours
  10. Be aware of where children in your care are at all times and make decisions based on their safety and well-being
  11. Communicate regularly with Program Director.
  12. Work with Program Director to obtain state licensing and certifications
